How do I pick the right size?
Measure your dog's chest girth at the widest point, just behind the front legs, and match it to the size chart on this page. Between two sizes? Size up.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 4 to 12 days. Around six in ten arrive in 4 to 9 days, most of the rest in 10 to 12 days, and a small number take two weeks or longer. Personalised harnesses are made to order and add 1 to 2 days before dispatch.
Does it really stop pulling?
The front leash ring redirects forward pressure to the side, which takes the power out of a pull without choking. It is a training aid, not a replacement for training.
What is the return policy?
90 days. If the fit is wrong, we will swap the size or refund you.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry. Do not machine dry — heat damages the webbing and reflective thread.
Is the name printing durable?
The panel is stitched, not glued, so it holds up to daily wear and washing.
Why is the delivery window a range?
Your harness is personalised and ships direct from our production partner, which keeps the price down but means transit varies with customs and carrier handover. We would rather give you an honest range than a date we cannot keep.
